William V. Fisher Catholic High School is a four-year co-educational
institution fully accredited by the Ohio Catholic Schools Accrediting
Association. The curriculum consists of a college preparatory track and
an advanced track. In addition to the college core, students are
provided with electives in art, band, business, computer applications,
computer science, consumer science, culinary arts, fine arts,
mechanical drawing and various science fields.
Another
important aspect of the curriculum at William V. Fisher Catholic High
School is the study of Christianity. Theology courses are required all
four years which teach the Catholic tradition. The theology classes are
also designed to foster a personal relationship with the Trinity and a
commitment to Christian living.
In
addition to the above college preparatory curriculum, junior and senior
students who qualify may pursue concentrated or advanced studies in a
designated discipline through our Student Initiated Project program.
The student and a mentor teacher design these courses. Students can
earn up to one credit per school year in Student Initiated Projects. |
